Each water system has its own rate schedule. Find your system below. Rates shown are the 2026 schedule adopted by the board.
Which system am I on? Lakeview rates cover Lakeview, Bandera, SSWA, Karma Kanyon, Clos Chevalle and Grandview. Hawks Meadow rates cover Hawks Meadow and Hawks Ridge. If you are not sure, call the district office at (509) 670-4088.

Choosing a rate: Hawks Meadow customers can choose the residential or ranch rate, depending on expected use. To change your rate for the year, notify the district by January 31.
Irrigation: the $1,050 annual irrigation charge is billed monthly, at $87.50 per month.
